About Jack

People have always come to me for advice. I'm a good listener and empathetic so people have always felt comfortable sharing with me what they couldn't with others.

I have faced unique challenges throughout my life, as a result of which I have developed unique ways of overcoming challenges. Growing up with ADD and frequent attacks of monosodium glutamate-induced depression, I had to learn survival skills. These success strategies help me keep focused, harness my inner drive and maintain a positive attitude, and are reinforced with communication skills and organizational tools.

While working for Dale Carnegie Training I fell in love with the coaching profession. I left the company to finish my degree in philosophy, but found myself missing the one-on-one coaching, so I found Dr. Leah Gniwesch. Dr. Gniwesch began her career in the world of psychotherapy, but left to coach and teach life coaching because of its powerful results-oriented nature.

Dr. Gniwesch has trained me to use my skills to help my clients quickly and effectively solve the problems that they are facing and reach their goals. Since training with Dr. Gniwesch I have learned and developed many tools and techniques that I have incorporated into effective and powerful strategies that I use to help my clients turn their challenges into strengths.
